Winemaking process: Hand-picked grapes exclusively. Traditional Beaujolais vinification (entire bunches with immersed cap). Vatting: 7 to 8 days. Aromatic wine like our Beaujolais with more structure. Can be kept for 2 to 4 years.
Tasting: With a nice cherry red color, this wine offers a nose of red fruit aromas where blackcurrant and strawberry predominate. To be served fresh (between 11 and 13° C). It goes perfectly well with cooked meats and poultry.
